SCHOLARSHIP SCHEMES

वर्ष 2025-26 के लिए छात्रवृत्ति का लाभ उठाने के लिए, माता-पिता से अनुरोध है कि वे अपने आय दस्तावेज और आय शपथ पत्र 
(कार्यकारी मजिस्ट्रेट / तहसीलदार द्वारा विधिवत हस्ताक्षरित) नीचे दिए गए विवरण के अनुसार 15 जून 2025 से पहले 
पंजीकृत/स्पीड पोस्ट द्वारा प्रिंसिपल, सैनिक स्कूल भुवनेश्वर, पोस्ट ऑफिस: सैनिक स्कूल, जिला: खुर्दा (ओडिशा), पिन-751005 
के पता में जमा करें:-

To avail the Scholarship for the year 2025-26, the Parents are requested to submit their Income

Documents and Income Affidavit (duly signed by Executive Magistrate / Tahasildar) to the School

before 15 JUN 2025 by REGISTERED/ SPEED POST to “The Principal, Sainik School Bhubaneswar,  PO: Sainik School, Dist: Khurda (Odisha), Pin-751005” as per the details given below:-

mailआय प्रमाण पत्र Income Certificate 
ओडिशा अधिवासी कैडेटों के माता-पिता जिनकी आय प्रति वर्ष 10 लाख रुपये तक या उससे कम है, उन्हें कार्यकारी मजिस्ट्रेट/तहसीलदार 
द्वारा विधिवत हस्ताक्षरित आय शपथ पत्र जमा करना होगा। ओडिशा अधिवासी कैडेटों के माता-पिता जिनकी आय प्रति वर्ष 10 लाख रुपये 
से अधिक है, उन्हें आय प्रमाण पत्र जमा करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।

Parents of Odisha domicile Cadets whose income is up to or less than Rs.10 Lakhs per year, need to submit the Income

affidavit duly signed by Executive Magistrate/Tehsildar. Parents of Odisha domicile Cadets whose income is more than 

Rs.10 Lakhs per year, need not submit the Income Certificate

(FOR SERVING PERSONNEL OF ARMY / NAVY / AIR FORCE):

mailसेवा प्रमाणपत्र (कृपया सेवा प्रमाणपत्र के शीर्ष पर वार्ड का स्कूल नंबर लिखें)

mailServing Certificate (Please write the School Number of the ward on the top side of the Serving Certificate)

रक्षा छात्रवृत्ति के लिए आवश्यक दस्तावेज़ (सेना/नौसेना/वायु सेना के पूर्व सैनिकों के लिए):

INCOME DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR BIHAR DOMICILE CADETS:

बिहार अधिवासी कैडेटों के लिए आवश्यक आय दस्तावेज़:

mailबिहार सरकार द्वारा जारी आय का प्रमाण पत्र।  
mailCertificate of income issued by Bihar Government
(बिहार अधिवासी कैडेटों के माता-पिता जिनकी मासिक आय 12,000/- रुपये प्रति माह तक या उससे कम है, 
उन्हें आय प्रमाण पत्र जमा करने की आवश्यकता है। 12,000/- रुपये से अधिक मासिक आय वाले बिहार अधिवासी 
कैडेटों के माता-पिता को आय प्रमाण पत्र जमा करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है)
(Parents of Bihar domicile Cadets whose monthly income is up to or less than 
Rs.12,000/- per month, need to submit the Income Certificate. Parents of Bihar 
domicile cadets having monthly Income more than Rs.12,000/- need not submit 
the Income Certificate)


mailParents of the Cadet of any other state can also submit their 
Income Certificate before 15 Jun 2024.
mailकिसी अन्य राज्य के कैडेट के माता-पिता भी अपना आय प्रमाण पत्र 15 जून 2025 से पहले जमा कर सकते हैं।

 

 

Note:

(i)    यदि छात्रवृत्ति धारक नियत तारीखों पर यानी 15 जून 2025 से पहले आय दस्तावेज जमा करने में विफल रहते हैं, तो उन्हें पूर्ण शुल्क प्राप्तकर्ता माना जाएगा और उनसे कम शुल्क स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा। If the Scholarship holders fail to submit income documents on the due dates i.e. before 15 JUN 2025, they will be treated as Full Fee Payee and less fee will not be accepted from them.

(ii)     वित्त वर्ष 2024-25 के दौरान बनाया गया आय शपथ पत्र/आय दस्तावेज चालू वर्ष (यानी 2025-26) छात्रवृत्ति दावे के लिए स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा। Income Affidavit/ Income Documents made during the FY 2024-25 will not be accepted for the current year (i.e. 2025-26) Scholarship Claim.

रक्षा मंत्रालय छात्रवृत्ति प्रत्येक कक्षा से शीर्ष 05 (पांच) कैडेटों को अंतिम वार्षिक परीक्षा/एनटीए परीक्षा में उनके 
प्रदर्शन के अनुसार प्रदान की जाएगी।

MoD SCHOLARSHIP will awarded to top 05 (five) cadets only from each classes as per their performance in the last Annual Exam/NTA Exam.
