Special Assembly was conducted on Tuesday 8th Oct to celebrate World Mental Health Day in the Assembly Hall of Sainik School Bhubaneswar. Poster Making and English Essay Writing Competition was conducted on 5th Oct. Two cadets and counsellor spoke about the importance of the day and prizes were given to best three in jr and sr category of both the events by Col Balu Bharath, the Principal of school. Certificates and medals were also given to good performers in Indian Spell Bee Competition 2023 -2024. The school was the best school in the state of Odisha. Cadet Abhipsa Saraf got the second position in All India Sainik Schools National Games held at Sainik School Chandrapur (Mah). She was felicitated in school by the Principal for her feat bringing laurels to the school. School hockey teams of U 17 and U 19 got2nd position in CBSE Far East Competition held at Raigarh (CG). Principal appreciated the efforts put in by the cadets and staff for all the events.
